Shipping
Shipping costs are charged on a weight basis and are clearly displayed during the checkout procedure. All orders are shipped within 24 hours of payment unless out of stock. If goods are are out of stock, and there will be more than a reasonable delay, you will be notified of the delay and given the option of waiting for you items or receiving a full refund.
Delivery is by Australia Post and various couriers for all items. We strive to use the most efficient and reliable delivery method for your particular area, rather than a one size fits all solution for all Australia. Delivery times vary depending on the delivery address, but as a general guide major cities and towns would be between 2 - 5 working days, while more remote areas can take up to 14 days. If there is a supplier shortage or a longer than expected delay, we will contact you with details of expected delivery date. Deliveries can only be made where a signature to verify the delivery can be obtained.
We understand that at times this would be difficult, but it is necessary to protect all parties concerned. The best addresses are where someone is available between 7am and 6pm weekdays or a business address which is open during normal business hours. Usually if a delivery cannot be made, Australia Post and couriers will leave a note to make another delivery time or for you to pick up the delivery, but this cannot be gaurenteed. If delivery cannot be made, you will be responsible for any delivery fees incurred, even though you may not receive the goods.

(For example, research your item before purchase and check the package of your goods to make sure they are suitable). If you are not at all sure, feel free to contact us.
- When returning incorrectly ordered goods please pack them in another box so that the original packaging will not be damaged by stickers, courier handling etc.

- All products must be sealed and secured to ensure they do not leak or get lost in transit.
