Australian Aerospace (wholly owned subsidiary of Eurocopter) decided to establish a maintenance facility in the Melbourne area to cater for the growing demand for on-line maintenance from private operators. A total of 6 helicopters are maintained at their Moorabbin facility including 4 EC120B. Apart from providing modern, state of the art helicopters, they have made a commitment to providing first class support to their customers and by being present in Melbourne, they can be closer to them. They have taken an extra step and have included a VIP lounge area for their customers to use when they are waiting for their aircraft or transiting.
