We are a business set up by Tony Hodges to provide an easy and economical way to buy aviation parts, accessories and pilot supplies. We are committed to operating in a completely ethical manner. Our goal is happy, satisfied customers who receive the goods they need at a reasonable price and in a timely manner. We have customers who already buy from us, from all states in Australia, New Zealand, Canada, USA, Europe and the UK from all age groups. We do the right thing and our customers buy from us time and again. Our business is registered with the Australian Taxation Office and is listed in the Australian Business Register.

We do carry stock, though for security and efficiency some of our products are stored in a seperate location so please give sufficent notice for pickups. Our office fax number is 03 9751 0015 and our phone number is 0421 273 163, as our phone may be unattended when you may wish to call us, email is our preferred method of communication. Please feel free to email us anytime with any queries, questions or comments you may have.
Is my credit card secure? We use the latest 128 bit encryption technology available. This is the same level of encryption as used by major banks for their online banking, and other major online retailers. All your personal information is scrambled between your computer and our server to keep it from prying eyes. We have a secure certificate, which we only received after checks regarding our ownership and corporate registration! When you access a secure page (i.e. login page, or during the checkout procedure) you will see the a logo included on our webpage and also have the opportunity to verify our secure certification by clicking the padlock symbol in that status tray of your browser.
What if you haven't got my item in stock? Most of our stock is procured by an 'On Demand' process. If there is going to be an abnormal or unforseen delay we will advise you ASAP. You will be offered the choice of either a full refund, or to wait for your item to arrive (we will advise you of the approximate number of days wait). Usually these delays are due to manufacturer's supply.
What about my email address? Will you sell it? No way! We never, ever trade or sell your personal information. Please see our Privacy Notice for full information, but in short, we will only send you email(s) at the time you first register with us, and a few emails whenever you order from us to let you know how your order is progressing. If you want to receive our great newsletter you can subscribe to that as well, but this is completely optional.
